Meet Our Passionate and Skilled Renovation Team!
Introduction
Hey, good morning, everybody! You’ve got Jim here with Fort Sask Reno, jumping on for another video. This one is probably going on our YouTube channel and social media.
This is our second attempt at these Loom videos. Obviously, I don’t have it all set up just right. I’ve got my phone perched on an upside-down pen container, trying to get myself in the screen. Apologies in advance for the glare off my glasses—I’m completely blind without them, so we’re just going to have to bear through this.
Message for the Team
The reason I’m jumping on today is to share a message for Tom, Josie Bullu, and Inspired Method. This video is for you.
This past week, I was out on a customer’s job site doing a site assessment. One of the first things the customer said to me was, “You sure don’t look like your picture on your website.” Fair point—we haven’t updated any of that stuff.
We have a flashy new website thanks to Inspired Method, and it looks amazing. But if you dig a little deeper and check out the team section, you’ll notice some things have changed.
Team Member Updates
Jim’s Transformation
First up is me, Jim Beaulieu. My picture must be from six or seven years ago. Back then, I had a full head of curly locks. Now, I’ve got a bald patch—or no hair at all! Over the last year, I’ve dropped 30+ pounds thanks to yoga, cycling, and hard work. You might spot me around town with my dogs in tow, but yeah, I’ve changed quite a bit. Josie and Inspired Method, we need to update this picture!
Tom’s Big Catch
Next is Tom. You can’t fault him for this picture—it’s got a huge smile and a massive pike he pulled from the North Saskatchewan River. It’s an awesome shot that highlights how great it is to live in Fort Saskatchewan.
But Tom, this picture is definitely dated. You’ve been hitting the gym and putting on muscle, so it’s time for an update. How old is this picture anyway? Ten years? Let’s fix that!
Levi the Judo Master
Levi is up next. Another fantastic fisherman photo—what a tank of a fish! Levi doesn’t look too different now, but he’s been hitting the gym hard and has recently joined Judo at the Dow Center.
Fun fact: Levi accidentally broke someone’s arm during practice last week (don’t worry, the guy’s a doctor). Levi’s a tank of a human and definitely deserves a new picture.
Sarah’s Stunning Portrait
My wife Sarah’s picture is still stunning and true to form. She’s beautiful as ever, so I’ll leave it up to her whether she wants to change it or not.
Daryl the Inspector
Here’s Daryl Walton, our journeyman carpenter. Daryl, your picture needs an update. It’s a bit dated and gives off an Inspector Clouseau vibe. Let’s get something more current—maybe one of you in action on-site.
Paulo the Architect
Paulo’s photo appears to be from his wedding day. Paulo, our talented designer and architect from the Philippines, has been with us for three years. This picture might have come from your social media, Paulo, but we definitely need an updated one!
Will’s Trophy Fish
Next is my son Will. He’s a university student in his final year at U of A, studying history and English. Another fisherman photo here—what a catch!
Will hasn’t changed much, but we might still freshen up his picture. Maybe we’ll have a family Royal Rumble at the Judo Hall to see who’s the strongest!
Adam’s Evolution
Adam Mountain, our apprentice carpenter, is heading back to school for carpentry soon. Adam, you’ve bulked up and become a tank of a human over the years. Let’s get a new picture that reflects the strong, capable person you are now.
Allan’s Smiling Face
Finally, Allan Babcock. Allan’s picture captures his friendly and approachable personality perfectly. This is what you get when Allan shows up at your job site—a big smile. Still, we could update it to something more current.
Missing Team Members
We’re also missing a few folks: Johan, Ivon, and Austin. These key team members need to be added to the page with their own updated photos.
Closing Thoughts
So, Jim Beaulieu. and Inspired Method, it’s time for some updated pictures of the Fort Sask Reno team. Thanks for tuning in, everyone! If you see us around town or need any renovation work done, reach out.
See you on the job!
